- Our team members who answer your questions and resolve your issues when you call and email all (except for Steve!) live in Rhode Island and the neighboring states of Connecticut and Massachusetts and commute to work on a daily basis. One of the many positives of this small, local team is that you will always get personalized assistance. On the other hand, inclement weather (specifically, our infamous New England winter blizzards, gales, etc.) and sickness can affect our ability to be on the phones, process orders, and ship parts. We greatly appreciate that our customers understand that it can take us a few days to catch up on emails, order processing, and shipping after such unplanned events.

These amazingly low prices are possible because we’ve made it our mission to NOT pass the extra costs of federal and state taxes (yes, unlike some major ecommerce businesses that will remain unnamed, TascaParts.com DOES pay state and federal taxes) on to our customers. However, to keep prices low for you, we’ve had to absorb the extra costs by keeping a smaller, more personal staff - which has always worked wonderfully, unless hampered by natural disasters or sickness (as noted above).

We ask for your VIN, and other information, not to annoy you but because we use that vehicle-specific information to find you the perfect-fit part for your car or truck or SUV - thus saving you time, money, and aggravation.
