Return Procedure

1. Use Our Live Chat Feature. 

Speak to one of our Customer Support Specialists via our live chat feature located at the bottom right-hand corner of every page on our site.  or parts@tascaparts.com within 30 days of your delivery receipt.



2. Get Your Return Authorization (RA) # & Form

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form. You can also download the RA Form

3. Pack & Ship

Fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
*** Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or Tasca Parts Center error.

4. Receive Your Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a full refund of your part(s) (excluding initial and return shipping costs, if applicable) to the original method of payment used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Cancellation Policy

TascaParts.com is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process and ship all orders under normal circumstances. We will do everything we can to answer all questions and address all concerns regarding your orders. While the majority of products featured on Tasca parts are eligible for a return, Please note that the sale of certain Hazmat materials E.G, Seatbelts and, Airbags products are final, and customers cannot cancel orders that have been confirmed by Tascaparts or return, exchange, or claim a refund or credit for those products, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions.

How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?

You will receive an order cancellation email from our team once we have successfully canceled your order. The email will also include information regarding your refund.

What happens if my order has already shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been labeled for shipping.

Items may, however, be returned within 30 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to TascaParts.com, unless an error has been made by us. Additionally, some parts are charged a 20-25% restocking fee by their manufacturer or supplier. We will discuss this with you when you call to get your RA number.

Note: Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Why was my order canceled without my permission?

TascaParts.com reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including lack of parts availability, suspected fraud, and lack of customer communication (i.e. if we have tried to contact the customer multiple times regarding an order and have received no response).

Are there any circumstances where an order cannot be canceled?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order if it has been labeled for shipping or if it includes a specialty item (such as a VIN-specific electronic).
